Fortunately, the service response was relatively quick, and the technicians efficiently replaced the faulty components, minimizing our downtime.
E01: Overheating Error

The dryer belt, which turns the drum, is either broken or slipping.

There are problems related to power supply, either voltage drops or interruptions.

Clothes are not drying evenly, potentially due to uneven loads or sensor issues.

The dryer is unable to cool down properly after the drying cycle.

The control panel or touch interface is unresponsive or malfunctioning.

The exhaust thermistor, which monitors exhaust temperature, is malfunctioning or out of range.

The flame sensor, which monitors the gas burner flame, isn’t detecting the flame correctly.

The drying cycle is taking much longer than expected, indicating potential inefficiencies or faults.

The relay responsible for controlling the drive motor is malfunctioning.
E25: Steam Valve Fault (for steam models)
The valve regulating steam input is not functioning correctly.
