Cissell’s commercial washing machines have been workhorses for handling large volumes of laundry. However, there have been instances where these machines experienced mechanical faults. The biggest challenge was in accessing prompt service. Scheduling a technician visit sometimes took longer than expected, leading to downtime and disruptions in our laundry operations.
E01: Door Lock Error
The washing machine cannot lock or unlock the door.
E02: Water Inlet Error
The machine is unable to fill with water in a given time.
E03: Drain Error
The washing machine cannot drain the water within a specified time.
E04: Water Leakage Detected
The machine’s sensors have detected a water leak.
E05: Overheating Error
The washing machine’s motor or another component is overheating.
E06: Imbalance Error
The load in the drum is imbalanced, causing excessive vibrations.
E07: Sensor Fault
A malfunctioning sensor is sending incorrect data or no data at all.
E08: Motor Error
There is an issue with the machine’s motor, either not turning or turning with difficulty.
E09: Software or Communication Error
The washing machine’s internal systems are not communicating correctly.
E10: Water Level Error
The washing machine detects an unexpected water level, either too high or too low.
E11: Heating Element Fault
The machine is unable to heat the water to the required temperature.
E12: Temperature Sensor Error
The sensor that detects the water’s temperature is malfunctioning or providing incorrect readings.
E13: Spin Error
The drum cannot achieve the required spin speed or is unable to spin altogether.
E14: Control Panel Malfunction
The control panel or user interface isn’t responding correctly or giving false commands.
E15: Internal Memory Error
The washing machine’s internal memory or software has encountered an error or corruption.
E16: Valve Failure
One of the machine’s water valves, either inlet or outlet, is not functioning properly.
E17: Overflow Error
Water level has exceeded the maximum threshold, risking an overflow.
E18: Suds Detection
Excessive suds or foam detected, usually due to using too much detergent.
E19: Door Open Error
The machine has detected the door is open when it should be closed or vice versa.
E20: Internal Communication Error
Different components or boards within the machine are having trouble communicating.
E21: Time Out Error
The washing cycle is taking much longer than expected to complete.
E22: Flow Meter Fault
The machine cannot measure the amount of water entering or leaving the drum.
E23: Pressure Switch Fault
There’s an error with the device that detects the water level inside the drum.
E24: Lid Lock Error
For top-loaders, the machine detects an issue with locking the lid during operation.
E25: Detergent Dispenser Error
The detergent or fabric softener dispenser is unable to release the contents properly.
E26: Drum Rotation Sensor Fault
The sensors monitoring the drum’s rotation are malfunctioning or not detecting movement.
E27: Unexpected Power Loss
The washing machine has experienced a sudden loss of power during a cycle.
E28: Drain Pump Filter Blocked
The filter preventing debris from entering the drain pump is clogged.
E29: Touch Panel Error
The touch-sensitive panel is unresponsive or registering false inputs.
E30: Door Seal Leak
Water is detected around the door area, suggesting a compromised door seal.
E31: Tachometer Circuit Fault
The tachometer, responsible for monitoring the motor’s speed, is not functioning properly or sending incorrect signals.
E32: Load Size Detection Error
The machine is unable to detect or inaccurately determining the size of the laundry load.
E33: Water Temperature Deviation
The water temperature inside the machine deviates significantly from the set value.
E34: Triac Short Error
There’s a malfunction in the triac circuit, responsible for controlling motor speed and direction.
E35: Vibration or Off-Balance Error
The washing machine is detecting excessive vibrations, likely due to an imbalanced load or uneven placement.
E36: Motor Relay Error
There’s a malfunction in the relay that controls the washing machine’s motor.
E37: EEPROM Error
There’s a fault with the EEPROM memory on the machine’s control board.
E38: Overflow Condition
The machine has detected a potential overflow condition, where water levels exceed safety thresholds.
E39: Water Level Too Low
The detected water level in the machine is below the required minimum.
E40: Unspecified Error
An error has occurred that doesn’t fit into any specific category, necessitating further diagnosis.
